  1. What’s my right size?

We added size chart in all the products. However, if you are looking for an oversized fit, go one size up from your regular size and vice versa.

  1. What are the care instructions for my product?

Machine wash works for all our products. Use cold water to avoid color bleeding. Do not iron on print directly. Care instruction tag is attached with every product.

  1. How much time will it take to get my order?

Generally, we take 3-4 days to deliver an order. In some exceptional cases, it might take extra time.

 

  1. The product I want is out of stock. When will it be available again?

We don’t restock anything folks. Once a product is gone, it’s gone forever.

 

  1. How to cancel/ modify details in my order?

If the order status is unfulfilled or it’s not yet dispatched then you can contact us on 9540690707 or support@sleven.in to change the details in your order or cancellation. Details can’t be changed or the order can’t be cancelled once the order is dispatched from our warehouse.

 

  1. What are available payment modes?

We offer full cash on delivery. If you wish to do prepayment, you can made payment via UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards.

 

  1. How can I track my order?

Once you confirm the order, you’ll automatically get the tracking updates on it. For further details, you can WhatsApp on 9540690707.

 

  1. Is delivery available at my location?

We deliver PAN India.

 

  1. My order is out for delivery today but I’m not available at my place. What Should I do?

You can contact us on 9540690707 in this situation and we’ll arrange the delivery for next day. Delivery person will attempt 2 more times to deliver the order to you.

  1. I have received a damage product. What should I do now?

Please share the pictures of the damaged part and your order details on 9540960707 and we’ll replace or exchange it.

 

  1. What to do If I get a wrong product in my parcel?

We need an unboxing video in this scenario as we have mentioned in our Return Policy. After confirming that the wrong product has been delivered, we’ll take it back and will send a new one.

 

  1. My product is not fitting me properly. What to do now?

Just WhatsApp us on 9540960707 with your order details and we’ll replace it.

 

  1. The product I’m looking for in exchange is out of stock now. Will I get refund?

We don’t issue refund in any scenario. If the product you want is not available, you can select any other product.

 

  1. I have some issues with my product but I don’t want to take anything else now. What to do?

If you don’t want to get any product now in exchange then no issues! Just inform our team, they’ll arrange pickup for your order and will issue store credit. You can use them anytime in future.

 

  1. Within how many days can I exchange my product?

We offer 7 days Exchange policy. You can inform our team within 7 days of delivery for exchange, just make sure that the product is unused and tags are in intact condition.
